Refund

We offer refunds only for damaged or incorrect products. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To request a refund, email us at mail@pakshopy.com with your order number and product photos for verification.

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

Delivery

Delivery usually takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location.

Currently, we do not offer same-day delivery, but express shipping options may be available at checkout.

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated time, please contact our support team for an update.

Shipping & Returns

Yes, we offer free shipping.

Returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items. Please read our return policy before placing an order.

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged product), we cover the shipping cost. Otherwise, the customer bears the return shipping charges.

Payment

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as the primary payment method.

No, we do not charge extra for COD. You only pay the total order amount upon delivery.

At the moment, we only support Cash on Delivery, but we are working to add online payment methods soon.
